Oneonta Optical offers comprehensive eye examinations for glasses, contact lenses and eye health. Specialty contact lens fittings, diabetic eye examinations, pediatric and geriatric eye health exams are just a few of the Optometric services we offer. In addition, our eye doctor is NYS licensed to treat eye infections and disease such as conjunctivitis (or “pink eye”), uveitis and glaucoma.

Our Optical staff is licensed and highly skilled at providing optical services such as frame adjustment and repair, specialty progressive lens fitting, and infant/young child glasses fittings. We can put new lenses in your current frame or help you select a new one from our selection of over 800 designer and/or budget frames. Our in-house optical lab offers same-day service for some prescriptions and 99% of our lenses are edged on-site meaning you don’t have to be separated from your glasses for long periods of time.
